Open Enrolment Courses

For many years The Diversity Institute’s training courses were conducted for clients on their premises and attended only by members of the client organisation. However, several organisations, leaders and individuals have requested The Diversity Institute to organise its courses on an open enrollment format where attendance is made open to members of other organisations and members of the public. Individuals in groups of up to twenty five people can take advantage of the open-enrollment programmes that are offered throughout the year.  These open-enrollment courses offer some special advantages to individuals and organisations. In addition to learning the necessary knowledge and skills, organisations and delegates in our open-enrollment courses enjoy the following benefits:

1. Send a few individuals at a time from smaller departments instead of shutting down the entire department for the training.
2. Send new recruits as and when they join the organisation as part of their induction.
