The Diversity Institute’s diversity programme has as its context the twin disciplines of people management on the one hand and transformation management on the other hand.  We hold the view that diversity principles are universal across nations, provinces, industries, companies and communities, but the dynamics are local.  We also believe that the people side of the business success equation is the equation, for without competent, committed and productive individuals and teams, organisations will not succeed.

Therefore, our training and educational approach to achieving maximum impact is to have a broad view of diversity but also have a deep insight into local diversity dynamics.  We also believe in the power of the individual in effecting a positive change in themselves and in their local sphere of operation and influence.
