The Diversity Institute and all titles, characters, names and graphics are trademarks of The Diversity Institute. To reproduce, republish, post, transmit, distribute or publicly display material from this website you will need written permission from The Diversity Institute. Users may view and download material from this site only for personal, non-commercial use.

 Users are not to use the site for sale, trade or other commercial purposes not related to the business of The Diversity Institute. Users may not use language that is offensive, discourteous or considered as hate speech. Users also may not post or transmit information or material that would violate the rights of any third party or which contains a virus or other harmful component. The Diversity Institute reserves the right to remove or edit messages or material submitted by users.

 The Diversity Institute is not responsible for material submitted by site users. By communicating with The Diversity Institute, however, users grant The Diversity Institute permission to use any information, suggestions, ideas or concepts communicated for any purpose, The Diversity Institute chooses without compensation whatsoever.

 Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, will The Diversity Institute be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the materials in this site.

The Diversity Institute acknowledges the internet as a valuable service, commercial and entertainment medium.
