Entering a new work environment whether it is into your very first job or subsequent job, requires of you to make a positive impression on your new leader, colleagues and organisation. To enter this environment with internalized barriers and inhibitions could harm your credibility and chances of success. It could, as a result, derail the advancement of your career. As part of your induction, learn from this workshop to shed some of the undesirable attitudes and behaviours in today’s diverse workplace and learn to use diversity as one of your best tools to adjust and be effective. One of the key success factors in today’s business world is the ability to work effectively with other people, in your team or with customers.

This two (2) day experiential workshop is targeted at all new recruits.

Session 2:  Understanding Differences and the Impact of Socialisation on Work Behaviours
Day 2
Session 1:  Understanding and Dealing with Diversity Dynamics in the Workplace
Session 2:  Explaining Observable Behaviours and Realities
